Ordering Time
To ensure quality and freshness, cake pre-order times depend on the design. Specific designs (chick and monkey figures) can be pre-ordered one to two weeks in advance. For custom designs, please inquire about ordering approximately one month before your intended pick-up date. Feel free to inbox us for inquiries.
Order Confirmation
After receiving your online order, we will confirm it via email. Customers must provide proof of payment and the order number after bank transfer for order confirmation. Orders are only confirmed upon full payment. If you do not receive an email confirmation two days after submitting your order, please call 9061 5904 or inbox us. Thank you.

A: Orders are usually placed 3 days to 2 weeks in advance. Urgent orders depend on the design.
Q: Can specific fruits and other decorations be requested for the cake?
A: Cake decorations will be paired with seasonal fruits and edible flowers, so specific styles and types cannot be requested.
Q: Can the outer layer of the sweet potato cake be changed in color?
A: We use organic yellow sweet potatoes and do not add any artificial colors. Yellow and purple sweet potatoes are natural ingredients, so the color of each cake will vary and cannot be changed.

A: The cake ingredients are available on the website for reference. Parents can decide whether or not to let their baby eat it. For darker colored designs, more food coloring is used, and the baby's mouth might be stained more after eating. Parents should be aware of this.
