Delivery & Payment Methods

Please refer to the following information before submitting your order:


    1. Please ensure all contact information is entered correctly.
    2. To ensure quality and freshness, the booking time for cakes/iced cookies depends on the ordered design. Specific designs can be booked one to two weeks in advance. If you wish to order custom designs, please inquire with us about one month before your desired pick-up date. You are welcome to inbox us for inquiries.
    3. After you submit your order and complete payment online, we will confirm the order via email.
    4. Other payment methods available:
      If you choose to pay by FPS / Alipay HK / Business Payme / Bank Transfer, you must provide proof of payment and order number after making the transfer for order confirmation. After payment, please WhatsApp or WeChat the transfer receipt to +852 90615904 or email it to vanlilycake@gmail.com. The order will only be confirmed after full payment is received. If you do not receive an email confirmation two days after submitting your order, please inbox us for inquiries.
    5. Prices apply only to specified cake/iced cookie designs. Any modifications will be quoted based on design requirements.
    6. All images are for reference only. Cake/iced cookie colors are hand-mixed, and the finished product may have slight variations from the online photos.

    9. If there are any issues with your cake upon receipt, please notify Vanlily Cake immediately for resolution. In case of any dispute, Vanlily Cake Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
