This vegan mille-crepe cake features whipped tofu as vegan cream, layered between delicate vegan matcha crepes, offering a rich texture. Ingredients: Flour, vegetable oil, soy milk, Australian low GI cane sugar, flaxseed, matcha powder, tofu, coconut oil. Note: The white chocolate Christmas tree decoration on the cake contains dairy.
